Ease of collaboration. I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with most of my peers and partners, due to shared objectives and a culture of helping each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Big wins! I'm working on a newer business unit and there's a ton of opportunity for growth and improvement. It's fun when you unlock a step change in the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I interviewed, I heard the people at Course Hero were "really nice." I didn't know what to make of that. But it turns out the company (and leadership) is genuinely friendly and likeable.
