What did you like most about the interview process?

Project days may be gone but were a unique test of your ability to do the job you were applying for.

I found the interview process to be very personable.

The project day. The interview process is difficult but i feel that it results in a higher probability of hiring the right fit

I felt like I was a shoe in from the first time we met in person. From there it was mostly just a conversation.

I liked my phone screen - it was refreshing that they asked about salary expectations early on. Helped ensure we were on the same page and neither one of us was wasting our time. I enjoyed meeting with the hiring manager + director too. They were genuinely invested in finding the right role for me

I appreciated that CoverMyMeds took the time to ensure that I was the right fit for them, but also that they were the right fit for me. The "code day" interview I had gave me valuable perspective into how people work at the company.
