I felt like I was a shoe in from the first time we met in person. From there it was mostly just a conversation.
I liked my phone screen - it was refreshing that they asked about salary expectations early on. Helped ensure we were on the same page and neither one of us was wasting our time. I enjoyed meeting with the hiring manager + director too. They were genuinely invested in finding the right role for me
