What do you like best about the leadership team?
This LT has developed an amazing strategy that I can understand and they're very focused on transparency and inclusion.

The leadership is totally disconnected from people on the ground. They need to better understand their staff

Brilliant people who are excited about what they do and enjoy solving problems creatively and collaboratively. Fun environment, very friendly.
The team is excited to support one another & learn together. The majority of folks at the company are "A Players" who carry their weight & then some, which is invaluable as you work to accomplish big, hard things. The environment promotes collaboration, which means strong learning opportunities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People are focused on the wrong things. We need better alignment and to focus on elevating our teams more.

Project days may be gone but were a unique test of your ability to do the job you were applying for.
I found the interview process to be very personable.
The project day. The interview process is difficult but i feel that it results in a higher probability of hiring the right fit

doing noble work with great people

Super fast internet and lots of people to hang out with. It's awesome.

Lots of negative energy. People take changes so hard even though there is constant change.
