What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is fair. Cox Automotive incentivises each employee to grow successfully. The 401k and health insurance are awsome.

401k, medical benefits, and PTO
PTO policy is flexible and unlimited
Amazing 401k, health / vision / dental very affordable, all the other good options like life insurance for both me and my spouse. Really nothing to complain about at all. Really, really good benefits from my experience.
The insurance benefits we get
Major medical insurance coverage has several options and is quite comprehensive. Benefit cost has increased in recent years. But if you want to pay more you can get top of the line coverage
6% 401k match even for part-time workers
The benefits are definitely better than most companies. Cox spends about double per employee on benefits compared to the average company...or so it was stated.
