Base salaries are very low
Pay competitive wages . Replace employees who have left the company and not combine job functions
The pay for the work being done is not on par with other companies. Raises, even cost of living, are hard to come by.
Hardworking and smart coworkers who do their very nest with a lack of support and structure to suceed
Smart, hardworking and congenial colleagues who do tbeir best despite the environment and burnout
They are extremely helpful and willing to share information even if it is not directly related to my daily responsibilities
There tends to be a brand vs. corporate culture that is counterproductive to getting things accomplished.

Teams are being asked to take on more & more work without additional headcount and/or additional compensation. The workload can get overwhelming which leads to reduced productivity & long timelines to complete projects.
