What is the best part about your compensation package?

The salary and the PTO

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Improve compensation offerings and bonuses. I know bonuses will be reduced next year, but do better. You can reallocate funds from AI spending.

Base salaries are very low

Pay competitive wages . Replace employees who have left the company and not combine job functions

The pay for the work being done is not on par with other companies. Raises, even cost of living, are hard to come by.
