Depends on the type of job you have. You are micro managed when you work from home.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Crawford & Company?
It depends on type of job that you are applying for. I am a Claims adjuster and met with the Regional manager and he hired me same day as my interview.
