Willingness to execute new avenues of promotion, roadmap, deliverables, and not reverting on past plans

Leadership needs to be better at creating space for employees to privately voice concerns. The fact that our VP of Business Operations is the same person as our VP of People Operations (HR) is a conflict of interest, and creates an intimidating atmosphere as it relates to voicing issues.
