I have no compensation package. My benefit of purchasing crocs at a discount was taken away from me by my mgr. She said I was purchasing too much crocs. Accused me of buying for other people. I bought Crocs for my family, they'd send me money to make those purchases. But some were for gifts for bday
Overall fair compensation, hard to keep up in fast moving labor market

The fellow associates are generally nice and stick together when they can
The willingness to help others.
Even when we are tired and have been on a 6day work week we continue to do whatever it is that we are asked to do for the sole purpose of making things easier for our management and our store. And when enough is enough we still continue to work together instead of being selfish.
Everyone is eager, enthousiatic and has the right attitude
Honestly, the only good thing were my coworkers. Management needs work.

I enjoyed the attention given to understanding the position and team. Recruiter was human and kind. People I met with were transparent.
It was short interview. I felt welcomed.
The original manager was friendly yet firm and just a fantastic manager that made you feel comfortable

When given a sense of ownership it’s easier to feel satisfied. Seeing some leaders try to make improvements feels goo
I go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I serve them till they walk out that door with a smile on their face. I enjoy providing customer service. I want them to come back!

Paycheck. Money is fairly decent.
