What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about the goals of the company, the goals of the team, and they answer questions thoughtfully. The leadership team is one of the most intelligent group of people I have ever seen at a company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is lower than market average for my experience, by about $10-15K. The RSU, potential for bonus, free lunch and free parking helps offset some costs, but even $10k more makes a world of difference for me.

The company had a great culture with a hybrid office policy. This meant that people were less stressed and able to do better work. A recent full time return to office policy is undermining that culture.

I get to use different AI tools, I get access to Windsurf, Claude Code, Gemini, and Asana to uplift my work. I can create and automate my tasks easily.
