- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?i feel that my salary is below the market average for my role, level of experience, and city that I live in. I also think that especially at a company with a female CEO, the parental leave should be more generous. The accrued vacation policy is also too restrictive in my opinion.
