I was never full-time employee

Staff motivation could be taken to a whole new level comprising a good balance of both extrinsic/tangible and intrinsic/intangible rewards.

Because we are over worked and very much underpaid. And there is not enough security to protect us from the donors

Managers are on their phone on the clock while most other employees go above and beyond to provide the best care and service. A pay increase to at least 15 for phlebotomists is fair and feasible for this highly profitable company. Managers need to help with breaks.
