I like that management is quick to diffuse tension no matter where it is in the center. Monthly meetings also help as far as people being able to just vent about frustrations we encounter either w/ donors or co-workers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we need to have limited hours at the center, we need to be better staffed, we need better machines that are not 50 or more years old and constant repair, we need employees to feel valuable and not replaceable, the workers are not robots,

Everything. Literally everything. There is nothing at all positive about his company.
When managers give proof that an employee cannot perform the job allow them to remove that person. It causes more strain if not removed.
