my overall experience is that are center is fall apart due to two hire ups that work outside of the company, we have be understaffed and dealing with overwhelming amount of donors at 109, changes need to be made and things need to be fixed in order for our center to be number one again
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership of management as they are not perfect but the best they do in a situation
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we need to have limited hours at the center, we need to be better staffed, we need better machines that are not 50 or more years old and constant repair, we need employees to feel valuable and not replaceable, the workers are not robots,
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
again the company needs to get rid of the two higher ups that are not doing the bare minimum to help the center, we need limited hours to train new staff, new machines and to close five minutes early to allow staff to clean and stock without last minute donors walking in
What are some of the best things about your team?
the remaining members of my old crew are the most hard working and feel that the company is mistreating them, they are overworked and understaffed as the center is trying to hire more employees and to train them, its hard dur to high volume of donors and pcs 2s all out of service.
