CSL is the worst company that I have ever worked for. The Clinical Development management leaves much to be desired. They are rude and inexperienced
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management team should behave as adults. The senior leadership should have confidential meetings with middle managers and below to find out what is really going on in the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The management at CSL behaves like they are in high school. I have never met such dysfunctional people. Only take a position their if you have no other offers. If you accept continue your job search
