The work environment is hostile and has a high turnover rate.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are so many work politics and cliques that make cooperation and fair labor division ridiculously difficult. Leadership does not hold certain employees responsible for mistakes or issues they cause.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Managers are unhelpful and rude. They avoid delegating when a rush happens, don't think things through, and abandon a section and expect everyone to pick up their slack. The main manager would rather sit in his office and joke with othgd

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Managers are on their phone on the clock while most other employees go above and beyond to provide the best care and service. A pay increase to at least 15 for phlebotomists is fair and feasible for this highly profitable company. Managers need to help with breaks.
