What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well as a cohesive team on the floor. Everyone is willing to help others and assure we are obtaining the best samples safely from donors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health insurance is great. I pay a little bit extra to get the higher tier dental and vision coverage and I’m glad I did, most of my contact lens fees were actually cov
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always very understanding with absences due to illness and ESPECIALLY child care issues during the pandemic. The whole management team at my center is amazing and they are doing everything they can to keep us healthy and safe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that management is quick to diffuse tension no matter where it is in the center. Monthly meetings also help as far as people being able to just vent about frustrations we encounter either w/ donors or co-workers.
