It is very beneficial to me
the pay is good! Better than most.

I I take care of everybody and CSX company hope they take take care of people everyday I will always make sure people are all set for the everything and I will make good boss for everyone no up take care of them everyday and I won't be there in 35 years and now I'll be making more money in the count
I work everyday and make sure make a family day out there, make sure I get the job done I'll get my jobs everyday and in debt does the TSX CSX I'll make sure I make sure I'm happy on time can I get jobs done and I will make sure I'll get it get paid everyday
The pay is great. Benefits are okay but it is harder to find mental health services.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are treated and talk to worse than dogs. Company is making billions of money and we are forced to work longer hours to fill in for the job cuts
We have been without a contract for 3 years, with no end in sight.
No raise in years while foote and others gets paid millions. If you are lucky enough to get a raise it will be offset by health insurance out of pocket increases
Better pay and benefits for all,not just the ones at the top.
Underpaid, not enough time at home to spend worh family and CEO bad mouths his own workers. If he was a better CEO, the moral wouldnt be at an all time low. People are becoming alcholics and committing suicide. Foote does not care about doing the right thing.
Honor the negotiatiated labor contract the company agreed to.
Being looked over after you have trained most of those who get promoted around you.
Dental and Vision coverage is a joke, they simply are none existent. The employee paid contributions are too high and with little to no value.
I lost my employment due to maligned corporate strategies and politics. There is nothing the company could ever do to renew the good faith and dedication of the remaining employees, short of the entire executive team resigning. Most employees at CSX are running scared of losing their jobs.
