The pay is the best.

Get rid of precision scheduled railroading.

People aren't receiving the services they're paying for.

No crews to switch industries

Again, respect. Pay employees what they deserve and you will get more from them. They gave given up bc of the way we are treated. You don'thave a voice and if you do, you will be fired.

Executive management is what is wrong. They are liars, thieves, and bullies to get what they want. They are not leaders.

Hedge fund operators and their henchmen have plundered the company for quick gains while destroying employee morale. This will be a long recovery, if possible, once the vermin have departed. Their immediate departure is the only way the company has a chance.

Moral is down. You’ve destroyed the one thing people looked forward to. What’s the point of working so hard for you and giving up so much when it’s not revisited and no

Jobs are being cut. There's less and less jobs available. Were being pushed hard to get a job done and quality or safety may suffer! Get back to where the company use to be. A good place to work and provide for your family.
