The company has fallen very far with PSR and a loss of focus on reinvesting in itself and it's employees. Everything is more with less and we're losing people in what used to be a lifetime career.

Turn the focus to the people that make things happen instead of trying to squeeze another dime out of operations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less concern with shareholders and more concern with the people that make the trains move, the locomotives work, and the cars get inspected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and exceed expectations even though there's no reward for doing so any more, not even recognition. Just the simple satisfaction of a job well done.
