Talk to their team believe in them and their work! Communicate properly. Speak to their employees in a professional manager even during stressful times. Hold it together so their team will know hope too with through the stress.
We are treated and talk to worse than dogs. Company is making billions of money and we are forced to work longer hours to fill in for the job cuts
We have been without a contract for 3 years, with no end in sight.
No raise in years while foote and others gets paid millions. If you are lucky enough to get a raise it will be offset by health insurance out of pocket increases

Respect for T&E. We are the backbone of this company and the most disrespected. foote claims we are overpaid as to why we can afford to take nights, weekends and holidays off. Not the case at all. We have lives outside of the comapny. Family events to attend. We are on call 24/7. Life is ruined

Again, respect. Pay employees what they deserve and you will get more from them. They gave given up bc of the way we are treated. You don'thave a voice and if you do, you will be fired.
