They need to understand the importance of employee satisfaction. They would get so strict about rules such as you can't leave to clock out at 3:29, even if your shift ends at 3:30. Things like that really affected employee morale and equaled loss in productivity.

Most co workers are not an issue
We need people that speak English, we needs superiors that doesn't favors other workers. We need team leaders and supervisors that knows their job description. We need superiors that have manners that knows how to speak to people.
Get in new management that work with the employees
