Forward thinking and champions of change

its a good management but managers keep changing

They need to improve on dealing with the employees they manage to not be condescending and rude.

It has variable component based on my performance
it should improve based on inflation

Indian IT company. Bias promotions toward Indians first

They are helpful in analysis when needed

Good to see importance of environment

they shouldn't keep changing managers and if changed also, they should believe what previous manager feedback about the team workers

Questions were very meaningful and relevant to my area of work
