What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and great at what they do!
They all seem reasonable and caring
They learn faster through employee feedback. If there are any grievances, they take action pretty quickly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There was a bonus structure implemented at the end of Q4 of 2021. Because of this bonus structure, every hard-working employee benefits from their work.
we are provided with unlimited emergency leave that is crucial from some employees

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we believe in the people we work with and know they will make the right decisions
Overall energy of the place is wonderful.
The people and the work everyone does
This is a tough one - its hard to describe a single one thing about the culture and environment, there's something about it I can't put my finger on. Our people and teams are at the heart of it obviously, the way we all work together and treat each other is something that makes me proud.
I've never worked in a company that offers so much organic support to each other like we do at Culture Amp

What did you like most about the interview process?
Good communication throughout. Straightforward process
The interview process was long but so worth it! It was professional and everyone was super friendly too
It was straightforward and clear
I liked how they integrated team members from different departments to interview me. It allowed me to experience Culture Amp's culture before accepting the position.
How thorough and thoughtful the questions were to both select me, but also to set me up for success on joining.

What makes you most happy at work?
I do enjoy selling our Engagement product. It has a strong market fit and is industry agnostic. Our other two products have a long way to go for them to be competitive
