Too many projects, constant interaction with realtors and owners, working in peoples homes while they live in the unit, chasing subs that can fit in our budget and schedule

Figuring out their business model. Are we a construction company or some service company that claims to do construction but doesnt set io their PMs properly to run the construction in the field?
