It has been a nice change of pace from my previous job, and I am enjoying the daily work and collaboration with my coworkers. I am concerned that we are more focused on growth and losing focus on the quality of our outcomes.

Everyone seems to be fairly grateful to be working in an environment that is open, non-toxic, and collaborative
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Permitting is taking too long, we are losing jobs due to this timeline. Need more permitting people and in-house architects for drawings. PMs have very little experience and are afraid to upset people by aggressively pursuing timelines.
