Recent adjustments and changes have caused me to lose faith in the company. The culture has changed from a team environment to a very fear instilling company. Do the work right or be fired.

Not sure I can name anything anymore.

Undervalued. Underappreciated. Put down as opposed to lifted up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every body on the production side works their tails off despite lack of processes, communication, and recognition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Going rate for position outside of the company is far more. They pay you just enough to keep you but not enough to make you happy about the comp.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team is the executives. The lack of communication is astonishing frankly. The Executive just blames people instead of looking in the mirror and trying to fix processes. Not a good work environment.
