They keep us informed through company meetings so that we are invested in the goals of the company. They prioritize a life work balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Departments communicate openly and there isn't a firewall between teams. We can collaborate with people in other departments openly and we have an open-door policy.

Everyone is excited to come to work in the morning. Everyone works together toward a common goal and makes time to send personal recognition and congratulations for accomplishments

Everyone cares about the success of the team. We are all supportive of each other and help to pick up the slack if needed. Everyone is very encouraging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are given full health insurance from day one at a cost at a really fair out of pocket cost. Additionally, we receive unlimited PTO and an incredible bonus package.

I love what we do and how we help people. I love working with new people every day and building new relationships. I work with a great team filled with intelligent and supportive people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat you like an adult and foster a strong feeling of family within the team. The leadership team cares about your life outside of work and fosters an environment that focuses on good mental health and a strong work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are not penalized for being sick or needing to prioritize the needs of our family when necessary. Our health benefits are fantastic and much more affordable than other company sponsored packages I've had. We get a lot of holidays off and summer hours.
