What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are tenured very successful technology executives that have not lost sight of what's important, the people, both employees and customers. Curbio has a flat organizational structure, where titles are irrelevant. Across the organization, the focus is always how to improve customer satisfaction.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing a service that people need and appreciate. Enabling home sellers to flip their own homes when they don't have the money to do it themselves, so they make the money when they sell. For some elderly people that have been in their homes for years, this is often their last big paycheck.
