It's been a great oportunity. I like to see a smile on the homowners once their house is fully renovated. Working hours have been put of control lately but Management has been working on hire more talent to help aliviate some of the burden we currently have. I feel proud of what we do!

It’s been good experience. the company changes procedures too much to soon. This company has rapid growth and we need to make sure procedures implemented can actually work. I know this a tech driven company but this is also construction company and the right people needs to be hire

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of stress. I wished there was an option between yes and no. My NO answers were more in between but there was no option for that. Sales and Production needs to work together as a team instead of blaming each other for job gone wrong.
