Positive so far! Shortcomings needing attention to take us to the next level are: making goals realistic so that employees feel like they are achieving success, better onboarding and checking in with employees about expectations vs. reality, and better communication between/across teams.

Feeling like I'm succeeding and achieving and moving the needle and making an impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People seem to genuinely enjoy being here and no one seems jaded, which is huge! There's not a lot of negativity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are energetic and passionate about the work that they do and about the brand and product they are building. That energy and passion is visible and clearly translates down the line to other employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all high achievers and there's a culture of excellence that I enjoy being a part of. At the same time, everyone's down to earth and able to level with each other. Plus, we're all good communicators and we value transparency -- I appreciate that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO + a culture where even leaders at the Executive level take PTO -- it's not enough for it to just be unlimited and not tracked for lower level employees -- leadership needs to be setting an example that time off is important and valued.
