I am not planning to be here long term. I need to be making money I can support my family on. I need to work 8 hours or less. Thats not currently possible.

The employees are good. I have people I like working with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and openness. I like that there is a connection to the ceo for the entire team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager needs management training. She is not a leader. She is an IC with a team under her.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need more support on our teams. We need better compensation and benefits. These benefits do not work outside of DMV.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like there should be a yes, but.... category. I love our benefits but I would love mental health EAP access. I know HR is looking at an app, I have a long term therapist though. I would love a "bank" to use for it since I won't use the app.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't even had a cost of living raise in 18 months. It is very unfair and disappointing that this company does not have standardized reviews and cost of living adjustments. My mom works in retail and gets one every 6 months. I am going into debt and trying to find another job.
