Goals are clearly communicated and attainable. Positive work environment. I feel listened to and heard if I have a concern, but that is rare!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive culture isn't one thing, its just the way things are. The assumption from management is: everything is fine, we are all good at our jobs, if there's any issue we'll tackle it together. Standards are high! and we are proud of the good job we do.

We are actually a team. We are working together toward the same goal with each others best interests at heart. Great people to work with. And the managers actually manage! They are knowledgeable and happy to guide and instruct, they have time to help and will get you what you need to meet goals.
