A really nice mix of all types. Men and women and all ages. It a nice respectful balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better bonus structure for those of us that put in more effort and have better results. Not just twice a year but perhaps monthly or quarterly to keep tbe momentum going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help. Everyones a 10 with a few exceptions, and i avoid working with them! Overall, i enjoy how authentic and professional everyone is with an appropriate amount of humor tnrown in!
