good overall, love my specific team, love the work-life balance and benefits. internal communication could be improved -(who was let go and why, reasoning behind changes, etc.) executive team sometimes seems a bit detached from the actual responsibilities/goals of employees

my specific team is really easy to get along with. We do our best to help one another and problem solve as needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is sometimes a push for last-minute items that are of high importance but there is little turnaround time to complete them. some tasks/responsibilities are hazy as to who they fall under and who should take care of them.
