Knowing that my work is not throw away, that it matters to our customers, that it makes difference in their lives, it changes people's lives, it helps them sell real estate fast and for more money.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
bonus makes me think how I can hit my individual goals and goals of our department and stock which motivates me to think how to grow the company. I'd say stock is the best part of being in a company of this size.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard we play hard. That's the best way to put it. When the team gets together we get to create the best solutions to our problems and we then go and do it. I liked the ability to do it over conversation, drinks, dinner, lunch and with diverse group of people.
