Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The is virtually no opportunity for career advancement. I understand that the size of the company may prevent this, but this comes down to talent retention. Create a scale that is reflective of experience, skill and recognition. We also need an annual cost of living adjustment.
