I feel cared for and they make work fun! I want to be here and am looking forward to growing my career with this company.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm busy and I have interaction with other people. It can be lonely working 100% remove, but I love this company, my job and am looking forward to growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel supported and cared about. I also do not feel micromanaged, which is a big deal. It's so nice to feel trusted by my manager to get my work done!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super nice and easy going. I love that we can have fun talking to each other while also working. Would absolutely love to have a West Coast in-person event for those of us on the other side of the US!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel valued, but it would be nice to take into account base salaries depending upon where you live in the country. Cost of living in some markets is significantly more than other markets, so it would be nice to have that taken into account now that Curbio is hiring employees nationwide.
