When there was an issue within our team, it was addressed immediately after my leader became aware of it. Our team really encourages each other and checks in with each other throughout the week to make sure everyone is feeling good about their job and the amount of work asked of us.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm trusted to do my job and there's no micro-managing on my team, we are there for each other on tough days over distance, and most interactions I have with others outside my department are always positive and inclusive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, necessarily. There was a sudden change in our team and a lot of responsibilities that are not part of my original job definition are now on me. My title and compensation has not changed yet though to reflect this.
