Overall my experience has been very positive. Benefits & pay are great! Unlimited vacation is kind of a double edged sword, coverage is lacking and taking 4+ business days off could lead to not hitting goals so it's hard to relax and fully disconnect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are competitive but ultimately everyone wants the whole team to be successful. Senior team members are always willing to offer advice and insight.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is fantastic - she keeps it real in terms of what we need to do succeed and generally her advice is spot on. She's encouraging and respectful. The executive team objectives don't always seem aligned, but overall they are supportive.
