The partnerships and friendships I have made. The satisfaction that I feel knowing we are helping people to acheive their goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since starting just about 3.5 years ago, I have yet to receive any raise (cost of living or any type) despite me having taken on new roles. That being said, I still love my job and Curbio! Hoping for a brighter new year to come.
