So many ideas that could make Curbio the undisputed best in the business but not many ideas get serious consideration. The focus seems to be on the best possible Customer rating, which I understand but employee morale is not considered

Some members are willing to jump in and help at any time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Bonus structure is great, however we are mostly set up for failure to achieve 100%
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership above the RD level could be more personally involved, not all projects are perfect and we face many challenges with Owners and Agents. I sometimes feel that they do not have a vested interest in employee well being.
