I've been with the company for over 5 years. I started as a Quality Assurance Analyst and within 3 and half years I was promoted to a Business Systems Analysts. I've been at a company were hard work isn't rewarded. That isn't the case here. Your work will be rewarded.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership does an excellent job of having transparency when it comes to financials, strategy and other possible acquisitions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to deliver a viable product to both internal and external customers. Nothing is better than working hours and hours on a project, deploying it out to the masses and seeing all you've worked on be a success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think what is best about our team is that we have to support one another because there is too much work and knowledge for any one person to take on. Therefore, you have to be able to support each other for goals and projects to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is very flexible with me and my work hours. I have two children under 4 so being able to work from home every now and then is a must and i have that support. Being able to take on new challenges and task is always welcomed. You will not be stuck doing the same task day in and day out.
