Everything was great in the beginning, and everything still is good for the most part. The only downfall that I have found are the direct managers that I work for. They definitely play favorites in our individual team, and are only willing to help certain people. Question anything, and be ignored.

Everyone's willingness to help out (other than my direct managers)

The ability to meet multiple potential managers in my department.

Feeling a sense of accomplishment in building every aspect of our company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are great at offering assistance that is needed, and that certainly does not come from my managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are told we need more work, because we don't have enough to do, therefore, we should be paid more than what is offered during our annual reviews.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is great, and seem like they care about the company and our employees. As far as my direct managers, they should be replaced. They definitely have their favorites and hang out only on "one side of the cubicle" and offer help only to certain employees.
