My overall experience so far has been great. There is a lot to learn and a lot of opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge as a professional. I feel like I can be involved in a lot more projects than I could previously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together and communicate all the time during the day. We know what one another is working on including our director so you always feel a part of everything
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that I was able to interview with associates that interact with the group know the environment very well. Interviewing with leadership was also a pleasant surprise and shows how much they care about the associates working for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very open, friendly and inviting. There is a lot of interaction with other groups and you don't feel closed off from the rest of the company. You feel like you are part of the solution and contributing to the overall goals not just being silo'd.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team and environment where I work. I interact with a great group of people where you can discuss, debate but professionally reach a solution. It feels more like a group of friends than co-workers. The environment itself is great to work in and doesn't feel stuffy and claustrophobic
