The benefits are poor relative to other companies but the pay is good

The team is young, fun and professional and we enjoy being around one another

One on one talk with the VP of the department and he was very honest and apparent about the need and the position
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel the pressure I've felt at other companies although we are under time constraints and have problems just like everyone else. I believe that comes from the culture and flexibility set by our direct managers.
