Their success led to opening stores in multiple locations across the United States, and expanding to offer online loans and financial services across the nation. It's a super friendly team, everyone is here to help. We're all focused on the same goal, no one is stepping on or over anyone to get things accomplished!
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were multiple steps to the process, so I didn't feel like it all depended on just one interaction. There were also multiple group interviews, which gave me a chance to hear from multiple people in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company culture is based around the concept of "best idea wins" and that's something everyone truly believes. Also, our leadership has been AMAZING during the COVID pandemic, keeping us informed, and making decisions designed to keep everyone safe!
