Our interview process can be long but the interviewee gets to meet 6 to 8 people during the process which helps them see the culture we have here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people who I work with, for the most part, keep my day on the positive and we all have fun as we work. They are also here for me when things are going tough and help keep my strong
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are strong at keeping us informed on how the company is doing and I really like that. They do seem to be very aware of what is going on. My only worry is please do not forget about the employees since we have gone public, past experience talking here. Thanks for a great company to work for.
