Your not just a number. My store especially feels like family and we always help eachother out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
DM is open and honest with team. He is always willing to go above and beyond to assist us and always has our backs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a different process 9 years ago, however having interviewed people now I like the perametres to ensure all candidates have a fair interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Store Manager having a senior team I believe all my team members except those capped out should be paid a higher wage. Also to compensate for cost of living in the lower mainland. Unless someone has a partner who is also paid well it is almost impossible to afford any luxeries.
