In 1997, the Company was founded in Riverside, California by three Wichita, Kansas childhood friends to meet the growing consumer need for short-term loans. They set out to offer a variety of convenient, easily-accessible financial and loan services in a safe, clean and professional environment. Their success led to opening stores in multiple locations across the United States, and expanding to offer online loans and financial services across the nation. Today, CURO operates under a number of brands including Speedy Cash, Rapid Cash, Cash Money, LendDirect, Avío Credit, Opt+, and Revolve Finance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an atmosphere where every person is valued. We live out our company values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't often use insurance, but I had to have surgery last year and my insurance was one of the best coverage's out there!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is leadership, but there is a collaborative spirit that recognizes the next best solution often comes from multiple people in different positions throughout the company. Everyone is valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do! My work is varied and there is never a dull moment. When I finish a new spreadsheet not only do I feel a sense of accomplishment, but I usually think 'that was fun!' so I enjoy what I do.
